DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
We are accepting cash currently. If you would like to pay with cash, please contact us so that we can add you to the system and schedule your package pick up and payment time.
cAN ANYONE PICK UP MY PACKAGE?
No. The person who is listed on the account has to pick up the package and show a valid current photo ID along with providing the pin that has been provided to you.
is there a cancellation fee for the membership?
No. You simply call and cancel your membership 20 days in advanced. So if your billing cycle is the 1st of the month, you will need to call and cancel 20 days before the next payment.
